Chef Daniel Boulud: The Michelin Stars Are Aligning

Posted on 10/22/2019

Founder of an award-winning restaurant group that spans the world, including his legendary Michelin-starred flagship, DANIEL, in New York City, Chef Daniel Boulud is a name every foodie knows. In addition to DANIEL, Chef Boulud has since expanded his restaurant offerings to include multiple brands with locations in four countries. Now, he’s joining culinary forces with us and our own Michelin-starred chef, Cornelius Gallagher, to serve as our Global Culinary Ambassador.

We’ve joined culinary forces with the iconic Chef Daniel Boulud. As our Global Culinary Brand Ambassador, Chef Boulud has designed complimentary signature dishes for Luminae, our private dining experience included for all suite guests. We’ve also introduced our Chef’s Table by Daniel Boulud, complete with a private galley tour and five-course dining experience available for all guests.

Plus, we’re working closely with Chef Boulud on a culinary mentorship program where the most talented up-and-coming chefs can hone their craft by learning from the best—both in our kitchens and in Chef Boulud’s. For us, teaming up with Chef Boulud is a recipe for (even more) culinary success.
